what is flutter
Flutter is an open-source UI software development kit created by Google. It is used to develop applications for Android, iOS, Windows, Mac, Linux, Google Fuchsia and the web.
Flutter offers the advantage of creating a single-code base for every application, that's mean that you don't need to write two programs in two different programming language to make the same app.
Flutter uses Dart as it's a principal programming language.

know that this step is for Windows users
in your research bar type env and open the editing environment variables for your account
Click on the button Environment Variables and search for Path entry, double click on it and then copy the folder path of the bin folder, for our example, it will look like this: "c://sources/flutter/bin" and click on ok
now close your command prompt and re-open it and type again "flutter --version" then it will work perfectly.
